San Francisco, CA (December 8, 2023) On Wednesday morning, 34-year-old Filiberto Hernandez of San Francisco was killed in a tragic hit-and-run collision on Polk Street.

According to San Francisco police, the fatal auto-pedestrian crash happened around 1:46 a.m. in the area of Polk Street and Ellis Street.

Reports say that police found Hernandez dead at the scene after getting struck by a vehicle. The suspect driver fled the scene before authorities arrived at the scene.
