EUREKA, CA (February 24, 2022) – Wednesday, a female hitchhiker suffered injuries in a hit-and-run accident on 3rd Street and R Street.
The incident happened at around 4:00 p.m. on 3 Street and R Street. According to reports, as the woman tried to get out of a white Toyota Tacoma, the driver fled the scene with her dog.
Then, the woman fell and the driver backed over her, leaving her with a head injury.
