Highway 101 Head-On Crash Injures Olympia Man and Another
Shelton, WA (July 30, 2021) – On Wednesday, a 35-year-old Olympia man and a 96-year-old Shelton driver were injured in Highway 101 head-on crash.
Officers said the 96-year-old driver swerved into the opposing lane of the two-lane highway and crashed into the front of the Olympia man’s car.
Emergency responders took both drivers to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Meanwhile, traffic crews closed a section of Highway 101 for approximately 35 minutes as the authorities investigate the scene.
