Police Investigate Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash on Towne Avenue in Pomona

Pomona, CA (November 18, 2023) – On Friday night, a driver died in a hit-and-run crash on Towne Avenue.

Reportedly, at around 11:13 p.m. on Friday, a collision occurred near Towne Avenue and Philadelphia Street. 

Responding officers discovered an unresponsive, injured driver at the scene. Life-saving measures were administered, and the victim was subsequently transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The police reported that the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene on foot and remains at large.
