Dominic Tortorete Dies in Overturned Jeep Collision at Muirlands Boulevard and Entrados Drive

 
LAKE FOREST, CA (April 23, 2019) – A 26-year-old man died in a three-car collision Sunday night at Muirlands Boulevard and Entrados Drive.
 
According to witnesses, the driver of the Jeep tried crossing Muirlands Boulevard at Entrados Drive but failed to yield to oncoming traffic.
 
The Jeep subsequently struck a Toyota sedan and a Ford truck before overturning.
 
The Coroner’s Office later identified Dominic Tortorete, of Mission Viejo, as the Jeep driver who died at the scene.
 
The Toyota driver suffered unknown injuries and was brought to a local hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the pickup truck driver declined medical attention after escaping harm.
 
Authorities are investigating the ultimate cause of the 7:35 p.m. crash and are seeking the public’s help in identifying what had happened.
