According to reports, the crash happened at about 11:50 a.m. on the second story of the parking structure near Bucca Di Beppo on the 26000 block of Theatre Drive in Valencia, said Henry Narvaez, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

After the vehicle hit the pedestrian, responders took one patient to a local hospital.
