58-Year-Old Male Rider Injured in Highway 2 Collision [Chelan, WA]

Chelan, WA (May 12, 2024) – A 58-year-old man on a motorcycle was injured in a Highway 2 collision. Saturday afternoon.

Officers said the motorcyclist was eastbound on the freeway at about 4 p.m. when a 26-year-old man pulled out from a private road and struck him. Both vehicles rested in the eastbound lane following the collision.

Immediately, the motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital.

WSP officers said there were no drugs or alcohol involved, and the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet
