Brenda Hack Fatally Struck by Motorist on Moffat Boulevard and Highway 120

 
MANTECA, CA (February 18, 2019) – Early Friday evening, 47-year-old Brenda Hack, was killed in a pedestrian accident on Moffat Boulevard.
 
California State Officials received multiple calls about a serious accident in the area involving a motorcycle and pedestrian. Shortly after 7:30 p.m., medics and state troopers arrived to the 1200 block of Moffat Boulevard near Highway 120.
 
Due to the impact, Hack was pronounced dead after medics performed life-saving efforts, but failed.
 
According to police, Hack was hit as she was walking on the over-crossing using a walker.
 
Both motorcycle passengers stayed on scene and cooperated with investigators. Neither victim suffered injuries in the crash. Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs played a role, but they do plan to investigate further.
