91-Year-Old Billy Bailey Killed in Accident on Patterson Road
Riverbank, CA (December 18, 2020) – On Wednesday, 91-year-old Billy Bailey of Modesto died, while 24-year-old Alyssa Herrera of Oakdale was involved in the crash on Patterson Road.
The two-car crash happened at about 2:30 p.m. near the intersection with Hot Springs Lane.
Authorities found out that Bailey was driving a Lincoln Town Car at the time of the incident. He pulled onto Patterson Road into the path of a westbound Toyota Corolla, which was driven by Herrera.
The Corolla broadsided Bailey’s car, which was coming from the north side of the road.
Quickly, responders took the two drivers by ambulance to area hospitals. However, Bailey died late Wednesday night.
On the other hand, there is no available information on Herrera’s injuries and condition.
Moreover, authorities do not consider alcohol and drugs as contributing factors in the incident.
