51-year-old Biker Suffers Injuries in DUI Auto Crash in Tacoma

 
Tacoma, WA (May 6, 2020)– On Wednesday, a 51-year-old biker sustained severe injuries while a driver was arrested after a suspected DUI auto crash.
 
According to police reports, the speeding driver swerved to avoid hitting a stopped car at a crosswalk in front of her. Instead, she struck a man riding his bike.
 
Moreover, police believe the 47-year-old woman was driving under the influence when the accident happened.
 
Emergency personnel transported the victim to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. However, his current condition has not yet updated.
 
The identities of both parties involved remain undisclosed.
 
Furthermore, Tacoma police continue the investigation and will release more information to the public once available.
