Bicyclist Critically Injured in Third Street Hit-and-Run Collision [San Francisco, CA]

San Francisco, CA (March 02, 2022) – On February 11, a bicyclist sustained critical injuries in a Third Street hit-and-run collision.

Officers said the incident took place at the intersection near Fairfax Avenue.

The victim remains in critical condition.

Moreover, the driver of a black Nissan Altima struck the bicyclist and fled the scene. Witnesses saw the vehicle was southbound on Third Street. 

Investigators say the involved vehicle was made between 2013 and 2016. Also, it may have been damaged on the front bumper on the passenger’s side.
