BAKERSFIELD, CA – One Killed in Crash on Highway 166 at Basic School Road

Early Morning Collision on Highway 166 East of Basic School Road Ends in Fatality

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 22, 2019) – At least one person was killed following a traffic collision early Tuesday morning on Highway 166 in Bakersfield.
 
The fatal collision happened around 4:48 a.m. just East of Basic School Road.
 
While the cause of the crash and exact number of involved vehicles were not immediately known, at least one fatality was found as a result of the accident. The collision also resulted to blockage on the highway.
 
A coroner’s personnel was immediately notified to pick up the victim’s remains and conduct a full report.
