40-Year-Old Dulce Salinas Dies in US 385 Collision [Ector County, TX]

Ector County, TX (November 1, 2023) – 40-year-old Dulce Salinas of Odessa was killed following a US 385 collision Saturday afternoon.

Texas DPS stated that Salinas was northbound on the freeway at about 1 p.m. while 18-year-old Matthew Porras was driving behind her. 

Porras’ truck rear-ended Salinas’ vehicle.

As a result, Porras’ vehicle rolled over multiple times and he was rushed to Medical Center Hospital in stable condition.

Salinas, on the other hand, was declared deceased at the scene.

Authorities are still investigating this fatal collision.
