SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, CA (June 11, 2019) – A Monday head-on crash on Highway 41 near Cerro Alto Road left three people with significant injuries.
 
Emergency crews responded to the crash between Morro Bay and Atascadero.
 
The 12:30 p.m. crash left three victims with severe injuries; however, reports did not specify the details of their injuries.
 
According to reports, crews closed off Highway 41 for nearly an hour due to investigations and clean up. Meanwhile, the three patients sought treatment at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo.
 
At this time, officials are currently investigating the ultimate cause of the accident since details are limited.
