SAN ISIDRO, CA (September 26, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, three people sustained injuries in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 5 near State Route 905.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 2:00 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on southbound Interstate 5 near State Route 905 in Otay Mesa West.
 
Reports revealed that a northbound faded red Honda Civic traveled in the southbound lanes. Then, it collided with a Toyota Tacoma. Afterward, the collision triggered a five-vehicle crash.
