13 People Hurt After Two Buses Crash in San Jose
SAN JOSE, CA (May 2, 2019) – Thirteen people suffered injuries in a bus crash at West Julian Street and The Alameda Tuesday morning.
According to reports, the crash occurred around 6:40 a.m.
San Jose police confirmed that 13 people suffered non-life-threatening injuries and sought treatment at nearby hospitals.
However, it’s unclear what caused the two Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority buses to collide, but a follow-up investigation is underway.
The only information released to the public was that one bus rear-ended the other. So far, it appears that alcohol and drugs were not factors in the collision.
