Driver Hospitalized after Crash on Mendocino and Dinuba in Fresno

Fresno, CA (August 20, 2021) – Early Friday morning, one driver sustained injuries in a crash at the intersection of Mendocino and Dinuba.

The crash in Fresno happened after 12:30 am on August 20.

CHP said the driver of the semi rolled a stop sign and collided with a pickup truck.

Moreover, police said that he hit the driver’s side rear portion of the cab, which turned the cab and spun it around, and he had been jack-knifed.

EMS then took the pickup driver to the hospital with minor injuries. 

Police said he was in his 40s and he wore a seatbelt when the incident occurred.

Meanwhile, the semi-truck driver remained uninjured.

Further investigation is ongoing.
