SAN BERNARDINO, CA (September 20, 2021) – Sunday morning, a person died in a wrong-way crash on 210 Freeway and State Route 259.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 2:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on northbound State Route 259 interchange with the 210 Freeway.
 
Reports revealed that a southbound vehicle traveled on the northbound lanes. Then, it collided head-on with another vehicle. After the first crash, a third vehicle struck the first two vehicles.
 
Furthermore, responders from San Bernardino Fire Department pronounced one person dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported one person to a hospital with unknown injuries.
