1 Killed and 2 Hurt in Twentynine Palms Car Accident on Sandy Lane

 
TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA (July 13, 2020) – Wednesday night, a person died and two others suffered serious injuries in a traffic crash on Sandy Lane.
 
The CHP and the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded at about 7:20 p.m. after reports of a major damage traffic crash. Furthermore, the incident happened on Sandy Lane and Amboy Road
 
According to the party who reported the crash, a black pickup truck towing a black sedan crashed head-on with another car.
 
Meanwhile, an off-duty San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputy came to the scene and confirmed that a person died. Also, he added that two people were trapped in the car.
 
Upon the arrival of the fire officials, they freed the trapped occupants from the vehicle.
 
Moreover, the authorities dispatched two air ambulances to airlift the seriously injured patients. Responders took them to Desert Regional and Arrowhead Regional Hospital.
