Monterey County Vehicle Crash Kills Mary Lee and Pa Vue

Monterey County, CA (June 13, 2022) – On Monday, Xiong Lee, 44, of Fresno, Malisa Moua, 52, of Merced, Pa Vue, 36, of Fresno, and Mary Lee, 45, also of Fresno, died in a Jolon Road two-vehicle collision.

It was before 6:20 a.m. when the collision happened in the area of Mission Road.

Responding authorities located two cars that collided head-on with the occupants suffering from major injuries.

Immediately, the paramedics pulled Mary Lee from her car and rushed her to an area hospital where she died.

Unfortunately, Lee’s passengers, Xiong Lee, Malisa Moua, and Pa Vue, lost their lives at the scene.

Moreover, the other vehicle’s driver, Thomas Boots, 43, of Hughson, was extricated from his vehicle. The paramedics airlifted him to a local hospital for treatment.

The authorities say everyone involved in the collision was wearing their seatbelts during the accident.

In the meantime, the CHP is investigating the Monterey County traffic crash.
