Wyatt Gordon Arrested in Fatal Vehicle Crash on Highway 132 [Modesto, CA]

Modesto, CA (September 29, 2023) On Thursday morning, CHP arrests 49-year-old Wyatt Gordon of Modesto, in a fatal vehicle crash on Highway 132 that killed 3 women.

According to a California Highway Patrol (CHP), the suspected DUI crash happened at about 7:30 a.m. on Highway 132 west of Gates Road.

Reports say that Gordon was driving a Lexus at high-speed when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed head-on into a Hyundai with 3 female occupants.

Officials say that the Lexus kept going before overturning into a field north of the highway.

Authorities say that 2 women, one 64-year-old and another 67-year-old inside the Hyundai were pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, a 3rd woman was pinned inside the Hyundai, medics airlifted her to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries and was declared dead at the hospital.

Meanwhile, officials arrested Wyatt Gordon after showing signs of impairment at the time of the accident.
