1 Dead in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on 2500 Ingraham Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 29, 2021) – Saturday, a 34-year-old woman died in a pedestrian crash on 2500 Ingraham Street.
The incident occurred at around 4:15 a.m. in the 2500 block of Ingraham Street. According to Officer Tony Martinez of the San Diego Police Department, a 24-year-old male driver of a southbound vehicle hit the woman.
“The pedestrian was not in a crosswalk and had to climb over a Jersey wall to cross the street,” Martinez revealed.
Afterward, two other vehicles struck the woman, dragging her body in the street.
As a result, the authorities declared her dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the first vehicle remained at the scene. However, the other two vehicles escaped.
