Woman in 60s Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Brookhurst Street [Westminster, CA]

Westminster, CA (March 2, 2024) – A woman in her 60s sustained fatal injuries following a pedestrian accident on Brookhurst Street late Thursday afternoon.

Troopers received reports about  an injured woman lying down in the roadway and responded around 5:40 p.m. to the intersection with Bolsa Avenue.

When they arrived at the scene, officers declared the woman dead.

The driver involved in the collision remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

In the meantime, officers are still investigating this traffic accident.
