1 Dead in Renton Pedestrian Crash on 7th Street

 
RENTON, WA (December 17, 2019) – A 44-year-old woman died in a pedestrian crash on 7th Street on December 12.
 
The incident occurred just after 8:00 p.m. The woman got hit by a car while she crossed 7th Street near Seneca Avenue, Renton police revealed.
 
Officers tried to save the woman’s life through CPR. However, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, Renton police added that the driver didn’t travel at a high speed and was not impaired. She won’t be facing any charges, according to the police.
 
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
