San Antonio, TX (September 1, 2023) – Minutes Past 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, a woman died following a Culebra Road pedestrian accident.

The fatal collision happened in the 3900 block area near Hortencia Street.

A 28-year-old man was driving home from work and struck a woman walking outside a crosswalk.

The woman died at the scene.
