Injuries and Damage Reported in Two-Car Crash on Highway 92 in San Mateo
SAN MATEO, CA (May 30, 2019) – A woman was injured following a two-vehicle crash Thursday night in San Mateo, CHP officials said.
The crash happened around 6:49 p.m. at the intersection of eastbound Highway 92 and southbound Highway 101.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a passenger vehicle and a Honda CRV collided for unknown reasons. The impact injured a female occupant in one of the cars.
The crash also caused major front-end damage on the passenger vehicle and major rear-end damage on the Honda CRV.
Paramedics took the injured woman to a hospital. Towing services removed both damaged vehicles from the crash site.
The incident is still on active investigation while the authorities are putting the pieces together.
