1 Hurt in Wenatchee Pedestrian Accident on Fifth Street and North Emerson Avenue
WENATCHEE, WA (November 19, 2020) – Monday afternoon, a woman sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Fifth Street and North Emerson Avenue.
According to Wenatchee police, the crash happened at around 5:00 p.m. A white Ford Ranger extended cab pickup with a dark-colored accent stripe struck the 57-year-old woman. The woman was in the crosswalk at Fifth Street and North Emerson Avenue.
Responders rushed the woman to a hospital after sustaining a broken ankle and rib and back injuries.
The suspect vehicle has a ladder on top, a pipe rack, and a toolbox.
The incident is under active investigation.
