Pedestrian Accident in Los Angeles Turns Deadly
LOS ANGELES, CA (January 2, 2020)—A 46-year-old woman died in Monday’s pedestrian accident on Lewis Street near Meridian Street.
The 4:30 p.m. accident took place in the 400 block of Lewis Street in the Highland Park district.
According to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Mike Lopez, the victim was a 46-year-old woman who’d been struck by a vehicle. The driver of the car stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators.
