LA VERNE, CA (July 24, 2019) – A woman died Monday afternoon in a multi-car collision near Foothill Boulevard and Moreno Avenue.
 
According to La Verne police, officers arrived at the scene around 2:40 p.m. Emergency responders followed shortly after and tended to a woman who appeared unconscious at the scene of the crash.
 
Paramedics transported her to a hospital where she died shortly after. Police did not immediately say what caused the accident or how the crash transpired. However, an ongoing investigation continues.
