1 Person Killed in Fremont Traffic Accident on Interstate 880
FREMONT, CA (November 11, 2024) – Sunday morning, a 22-year-old woman died in a horrific traffic crash on Interstate 880.
The incident happened at around 7:30 a.m. on the southbound onramp of Interstate 880.
CHP Officer Kylie Musselman said that the woman was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle at the time of the crash.
Authorities confirmed that the 22-year-old woman died in the crash.
Officers withheld the identity of the deceased, pending notification to the next of kin.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
Due to the limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
