Woman in 50s Killed in Hit-and-Run Collision on Hammond Avenue [Fresno, CA]

Fresno, CA (April 29, 2023) – On Friday, a woman in her 50s sustained fatal injuries following a hit-and-run collision on Hammond Avenue.

The traffic crash happened just before 1 p.m. at the intersection with Mariposa Avenue.

Emergency units rushed the victim to Community Regional Medical Center where she died.

Moreover, those who witnessed the collision followed the suspect vehicle to the Rite Aid parking lot at Blackstone and Olive Avenue and called the authorities.
