Man Dies in Pedestrian Accident East of Springdale Street in Huntington Beach
Huntington Beach, CA (September 24, 2022) – On Friday evening, a 40-year-old pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in a Warner Avenue accident.
At about 7 p.m., the authorities responded to the accident scene east of Springdale Street and located the victim lying in the street.
According to the investigators, an eastbound gray 2015 Acura struck the pedestrian who was crossing the avenue outside of the crosswalk.
Responding officers declared the man dead at the scene.
Moreover, the Acura driver, a 34-year-old Huntington Beach man, remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers’ investigation.
