Motorcyclist Hurt in Collision with Minivan near Yorktown Avenue in Huntington Beach, CA
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (February 2, 2020) – An unidentified victim was injured on super bowl Sunday, in a motorcycle collision on Beach Boulevard.
Huntington Beach Police Officers responded to the accident near Yorktown Avenue after receiving multiple dispatch calls.
According to reports, the motorcyclist was traveling north on Beach Boulevard while a southbound minivan attempted to make a left turn onto Yorktown. There, the vehicles collided.
Emergency personnel arrived shortly after the accident, but did not release the identities of those involved.
In addition, the events leading up to the crash are currently unclear. However, an investigation is ongoing to determine further details.
The surrounding area on Beach Boulevard was closed off for a brief time during preliminary duties. At this time, officials have not released any further information.
