VANCOUVER, WA – Girl Hospitalized in Pedestrian Crash at Northwest 114th Street and Northwest 3rd Avenue

Girl Hit and Injured by Car in Vancouver

 
VANCOUVER, CA (January 11, 2019) – A 7-year-old girl was hit and injured by a driver Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Northwest 114th Street and Northwest 3rd Avenue.
 
Around 3:11 p.m., deputies say, a child under 10 years old was struck by a Chrysler minivan in the westbound lane and was hospitalized with unknown injuries. She did, however, complain of back pain.
 
The driver of the minivan remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Deputies do not believe alcohol or impairment played a role in the crash.
 
More on this crash is under investigation.
