Morning 3-Car Crash on Highway 118 in Granada Hills Injures Two
GRANADA HILLS, CA (June 14, 2019) – Two women were injured following a three-vehicle crash Friday morning in Granada Hills.
The crash occurred around 8:08 a.m. near the intersection of Highway 118 and 405 Freeway.
CHP officials responded to the scene and located a green Toyota Avalon and a black Ford blocking several lanes. The third vehicle was not described.
Two occupants were reportedly injured a result of the crash. One woman suffered a possible arm fracture and another one, an 18-year-old woman, had lacerations to the face.
Paramedics took the injured patients to a hospital for proper treatment.
The Avalon sustained major damage and was towed away from the crash site.
An investigation is ongoing to determine who was at fault and to gather all the factors involved.
