Two Injured in Highway 99 Big-Rig Crash [Butte County, CA]

Butte County, CA (June 10, 2022) – On Friday morning, two people sustained injuries in a Highway 99 big-rig crash.

It was about 5 a.m. when the collision took place in the area of Gaia Road involving four vehicles.

Officers say a woman was southbound on the freeway but swerved into the northbound lane. 

As a result, she collided head-on with a northbound big rig and two other vehicles were involved.
