Truck Driver Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Interstate 405 [Bellevue, WA]

Bellevue, WA (November 21, 2021) – On Friday, a truck driver suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 405.

The incident happened at around 4:30 p.m. near 112th Avenue, which involved a white work truck and a red Lexus IS.

Investigators said the incident started as a road rage on southbound freeway.

Witnesses said two vehicles stopped at the ramp and the truck driver got out of their vehicle and pulled a four foot level from the back of their truck. Then, the driver hit the hood of the red Lexus.

Afterwards, the Lexus driver drove and struck the other driver, seriously injuring them.

The Lexus driver then drove southbound freeway.

Moreover, the emergency team rushed the truck driver to Harborview Medical Center

Officers are investigating this crash.
