Tristin Behr Dies in Collision With Motorist on South Center Street and Brookside Avenue
REDLANDS, CA (February 18, 2019) – A 21-year-old Redlands man was killed Wednesday in a motorcycle accident on South Center Street and Brookside Avenue.
Officers with the Redlands Police Department rushed to the scene around 5 p.m. and provided life-saving efforts to the gravely injured rider until Redlands fire department paramedics arrived.
Tristin Behr was immediately brought to Loma Linda University Medical Center but despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at 5:35 p.m.
Witnesses reported seeing Behr head north on Center Street when his 2018 Harley Davidson struck a 2007 Honda Civic attempting a left turn from Center Street onto eastbound Brookside Avenue.
The 43-year-old female driver of the Honda was not hurt. The cause is under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call the authorities.
