2 People Dead in Apache Junction Plane Accident on Superstition Mountains

APACHE JUNCTION, AZ (June 12, 2023) – Saturday morning, a tragic plane crash on Superstition Mountains killed two people.

The incident happened in the Superstition Mountains outside of Apache Junction in Pinal County.

According to reports, a single-engine Socata TB 30 Epsilon plane crashed into a terrain for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, officers confirmed that two occupants of the plane died in the crash.

At this time, the cause of the crash remained unclear. When additional information became available, the public will be notified.
