SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 9, 2024) – Saturday night, a tragic pedestrian crash on 5000 Fredericksburg Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 8:45 p.m. in the 5000 block of Fredericksburg Road.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a white Jeep struck a pedestrian who was in the middle of a lane for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the pedestrian to a hospital where the patient was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, authorities confirmed that the driver of the Jeep remained at the scene after the crash.
