4 People Dead in Houston Helicopter Accident near Engelke Street and Ennis Street

HOUSTON, TX (October 26, 2024) – Sunday night, a tragic helicopter crash near Engelke Street and Ennis Street killed four people.

The incident happened at around 7:55 p.m. near Engelke Street and Ennis Street.

According to the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration, an R44 aircraft operating as an air tour flight crashed for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that four occupants of the helicopter, including a child, died in the crash.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration continued investigating the crash.
