San Antonio, TX (August 4, 2023) – Early Friday morning, a male pedestrian died in a crash on Northeast Loop 410 access road near Old Seguin Road.
The fatal crash happened just after 4 a.m. on August 4.
Police said the man was walking along the road when he was hit by the vehicle.
