Bakersfield, CA (February 5, 2024) On Saturday evening, at least one person was declared dead after a horrific traffic crash on S MLK Boulevard.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the fatal collision happened around 9 p.m. at the intersection of S. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Curnow Road.

Reports say that the crash happened southeast of Greenfield.
