35-Year-Old Woman Killed in Pedestrian Accident on 124th Avenue SE [Kent, WA]

Kent, WA (September 7, 2024) – A 35-year-old Seattle woman was killed in a pedestrian accident on 124th Avenue SE early Friday morning.

The fatal accident happened before 4 a.m. blocks away from the Lake Meridian Animal Hospital, near Kent Kangley Road.

Responding medical team provided life-saving procedures but the woman did not survive.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation while the involved vehicle, a white SUV incurred a dented hood and a smashed windshield. 

Investigating officers do not believe drugs, alcohol or speed were factors in the accident on 124th Avenue.
