Injuries Reported in Tuttletown Auto Accident on Reynolds Ferry Road and Highway 49
TUTTLETOWN, CA (May 4, 2023) – Tuesday, the authorities arrested Timothy Kearn after a startling DUI crash on Reynolds Ferry Road.
The incident happened on Reynolds Ferry Road, west of Highway 49.
According to reports, 20-year-old Sonora driver of a 2005 Honda Accord traveled at around 40 mph.
Meanwhile, 19-year-old David Vogel of Sonora and 27-year-old Tavon Henderson of Stockton rode as his passengers.
Moreover, 62-year-old Dennis Braun of Waterford driving a 2016 Lexus IS350 Stopped to make a turn in the westbound lane.
Eventually, Kearn drove across the center line and the two cars collided head-on.
After the crash, the suspect, Vogel, Henderson, and Braun all suffered minor injuries.
Also, investigators revealed that Kearn was intoxicated.
Thus, they arrested him for felony DUI.
