Erin Jaco Arrested in Phoenix DUI Crash on Killing Timothy Jensen
Phoenix, AZ (November 21, 2020) – On Wednesday, 58-year-old Timothy Jensen died while police arrested 38-year-old Erin Jaco in a DUI crash on 19th Avenue.
The fatal accident happened at about 6:00 a.m. when Jaco was traveling south in a Toyota Prius on 19th Avenue. She missed a red light and struck Jensen who was waiting to do a left turn.
Immediately, the rescuers rushed Jensen to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police Jaco appeared to be impaired during the incident.
Authorities booked Jaco into Maricopa County Jail and charged her with manslaughter.
