Bakersfield, CA (March 12, 2021) – On Thursday, three were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Chester Avenue.
 
The road accident took place at around 2:23 p.m. at the intersection of Roberts Lane.
 
Apparently, a car moving at a high rate of speed was traveling north on Chester Avenue. It ran a red light and struck three other cars.
 
Right away, responders took three people to the hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
 
Meanwhile, CHP said the vehicle that ran the red light may have been in an accident.
 
Authorities closed Chester Avenue in both directions.
