Terry Bagley Hospitalized in Churn Creek Road Crash, Michael Laemlein Arrested for DUI
Redding, CA (March 05, 2021) – On Thursday, 53-year-old Terry Bagley of Redding was injured in a DUI crash on Churn Creek Road.
Authorities responded to the crash report at about 12:09 p.m. at the intersection of Presidio Street.
Authorities said 58-year-old Michael Laemlein of Redding was traveling on a 2019 Chevy Corvette north on Churn Creek Road.
Just then, he drove into oncoming traffic and crashed into a Toyota pickup truck, which crashed into a Ford F-150.
Bagley’s corvette stopped after shearing a light pole and hitting a Sportsman’s Warehouse sign.
Right away, rescuers rushed Bagley to a hospital for complaints of pain.
Authorities arrested Laemmlein for driving under the influence of drugs. They booked him into the Shasta County Jail.
Meanwhile, authorities continue to investigate the incident.
