Tatiana Dillard Arrested in Suspected DUI Crash on Mount Baker Highway [Deming, WA]

Deming, WA (December 16, 2023) On Thursday evening, WSP arrested 45-year-old Tatiana Dillard of Maple Falls, after a suspected DUI crash on Mount Baker Highway (SR542) that injured a 74-year-old female passenger.

According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the solo-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of Mount Baker Highway (SR542) and Marshall Hill Road around 7:55 p.m.

Reports say that Tatiana Anatolyevna Dillard was driving an eastbound 2019 Toyota Rav4 that veer off the highway and hit a tree.

Officials say that a 74-year-old woman passenger on the Toyota suffered injuries and was taken to PeaceHealth St Joseph Medical Center. Meanwhile, Dillard was not injured, officials stated that both occupants were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.

Meanwhile, WSP arrested Dillard and booked her into the Whatcom County Jail charged with suspicion of vehicular assault.
