Symone Conley Struck and Killed on Gird Road, Domingo Pascual Cristobal Arrested For DUI Crash

 
San Diego, CA (December 11, 2020) – On Thursday, a female pedestrian named Symone Conley died in a tragic hit-and-run crash near Gird Road and Laketree Drive.
 
The fatal accident took place at about 5 p.m. near Fallbrook in the far northern reaches of San Diego County.
 
The CHP blocked traffic lanes in the area as they investigated. Also, a coroner from the county Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene.
 
As a result, drivers were told to avoid the area.
 
Later reports reveal that 60-year-old Symone Conley was fatally struck. She was walking with her husband on Gird Road near Laketree Drive.
 
Apparently, they were only a few blocks from their home.
 
Authorities later identified the suspect driver as Domingo Pascual Cristobal, of Fallbrook.
 
Consequently, the 36-year-old is being held on charges of gross vehicular manslaughter. Other charges include hit-and-run causing death and driving under the influence causing death.
 
His bail is set at $100,000.
